This product is a mild amphoteric surfactant that offers good cleansing, conditioning and antistatic performance. It is only minimally irritating to skin and mucous membranes, produces rich and stable foam, and effectively reduces overall irritation. The material is ideal for baby shampoos and ultra-mild personal-care products; when combined with anionic surfactants it further lowers irritation.
