Application
· Used as a leveling agent for cationic dyes in acrylic fiber (polyacrylonitrile) dyeing, providing uniform dye uptake and improved fabric softness. · Exhibits good softening performance on acetate fibers and shows antimicrobial and disinfecting properties. · Demonstrates excellent compatibility and leveling performance with cationic dyes and can be used in the same bath with cationic and nonionic surfactants. · Typical dosage in acrylic fiber dyeing is 2-3% (owf); for higher dyeing rates, the dosage may be increased to 3-5% (owf). · Used as a thickening agent for lubricating greases, a pharmaceutical disinfectant, and as a textile wetting agent, finishing agent, softener, and antistatic agent. · Also applied as a leveling agent for anionic dyes and as a softening agent for acrylic and acetate fibers. · The product exhibits good chemical and thermal stability, supporting its use in industrial processing applications.
Storage
Store in a cool, well-ventilated indoor place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. Shelf life is twelve months.
